This is a simple, yet nasty, impact toy. It is 1 inch wide and about 16 inches long with a 1 inch "D" ring on one end. The three thicknesses of leather are cemented and riveted together, which provides stiffness and weight. That weight, combined with the narrow 1 inch strips of leather, produces a loud hard sting.

You can add another dimension by having "spots" to both sides. Choose either the 1/4" wide spots (just under 1/8" high) or the 1/2" wide spots (about 3/16" high).
