This looks like a very simple impact toy, but, produces quite a sting.

It is a single strap measuring a total of 18 inches long and 2 inches wide on the business end. The handle is rolled and laced together, and, is about 1 1/3" in diameter. The leather lacing also provides a handy wrist strap. The sting from this flexible strap comes from the "wrap around" effect that makes a nice smack as well.

You can also get this mean strap with two rows of 1/4" holes.
