The secret is the looped end of this 2" wide strap. Simply pass the end of the strap with the 2" "D" ring through the loop and voila - you have a cuff!

Many people find this design very comfortable in the way it cradles the heel of the hand or the heel of the foot. Some of our competitors even advertise this style of cuffs as "suspension cuffs".
