All orders are shipped with the United States Postal
Service (USPS) and their Priority
Mail service. Your order will be shipped
in a USPS Priority Mail box or plain cardboard box
showing a return address from
"S.H.E.". The USPS states that
Priority Mail packages are normally delivered within
2 to 3 days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Because
of the volume of mail in December, the USPS tries
to
deliver within 5 to 7 days during that month.
Also, we use the USPS's Insured
Mail service which requires a signature upon delivery
of the package. This service protects us in case your
package is lost or damaged while in the USPS's possession,
and, it allows us to verify that you received your order.
And, it also allows us to spot check the USPS to make
sure they are still delivering within that promised
2 to 3 day time frame.
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S., all U.S. territories,
all U.S. military addresses, and, Canada. If you
specify additional shipping services, that may limit
some delivery options. Click here to see important
information about shipping to Canada.
Any orders placed through PayPal will be shipped to
the buyer's PayPal verified mailing address. PayPal
has numerous policies and safeguards in place to protect
both the buyer and the seller in transactions that involve
PayPal. To maintain our relationship with PayPal, we
must follow the procedure to ship to the buyer's verified
mailing address as stated in the emails from PayPal
- NO EXCEPTIONS.
It is possible to have more than one shipping address
with PayPal, but, one address is designated as "Home".
This "Home" address is the one displayed
in the emails from PayPal when a purchase is made
on our
site. So, if you wish to use a different shipping address
for an order with us, go to the PayPal web site
to add
that address and designate that address as "Home".
In this manner, the address is "verified"
with PayPal and helps to reduce fraud.
The shipping, handling, and, insurance amount is calculated
according to a range of order dollar amounts:
- $0.01 to $49.99 - shipping and handling
amount is $8.00
- $50.00 to $79.99 - shipping and handling
amount is $11.00
- $80.00 to $119.99 - shipping and handling
amount is $13.00
- $120.00 to $179.99 - shipping and handling
amount is $15.00
- $180.00 or more - shipping and handling
amount is $17.00
The shipping amount for orders shipped to Canada
is calculated separately for each order. So that
we can determine the correct shipping amount,
use the Canadian
pre-order form to tell us what you are ordering
and where it will be shipped.
Remember that with the hardware and latigo leather
that we use, our products may weight more than
you might be used to for the price range of our
products. We try to be fair to all of our customers
and average out the real cost of shipping and
insurance.

waxy latigo treatment.
This is a traditional type of leather for these products. Click here

Once we have received payment of your order and your
measurements, it takes us 7 to 10 days to make a strap-on
harness.
A strap-on harness is not shipped any differently than
our other products. Click here

The design of the front panel has two vertical rows
of snaps and we sell attachments that mount the dildo
to the front panel using those snaps. An
"O" ring attachment larger than 2 1/2 inches would
bend the straps such that the attachment would easily
unsnap from the front panel. But, the Vac-U-Lock attachment
snaps to the front panel regardless of how big the
dildo is.
There were many factors involved with the design of
the front panel. Those factors include limiting
the size of the front panel, limiting the spacing of
the vertical rows of snaps on the front panel, and,
limiting the size of an "O" ring attachment. We will
not make
an
"O"
ring attachment larger than 2
1/2 inches. We
will not make the front panel wider so that it can
accommodate
an "O"
ring
attachment
larger than 2 1/2 inches.
No. The design of the front panel requires that
a dildo is attached to the front of the panel. The
front panel does not have a hole in it to accommodate
a double-ended dildo. We will not customize the
front panel to make that accommodation.

Our custom strap-on harnesses require one of our "attachments"
to be able to use a dildo. Sometimes a customer will
order a strap-on harness, but, not include one of
those
attachments in their order. If that customer were to
place a second order for that attachment, they would
incur a second shipping charge for this second order.
Incurring two separate shipping charges is usually
more
expensive that placing one order for the harness and
the attachment. So, to insure that our strap-on
harness
customers have an dildo attachment and to save them
a little money, we refund the original order so
that
a new order can be placed.
