Some of our customers wish to pay for their order with a money order (as opposed to PayPal, who provides our shopping cart capability). Use this pre-order form to contact us, and, to make us aware that you will be snail mailing an order to us.

Please be aware of this information:

Once you have filled out this form, your pre-order will be emailed to us and a copy will be emailed to you. Save the copy of this pre-order email because you will snail mail a printed copy of that email to us along with your money order.

After clicking the "submit" button below, you should see a "success" web page within a few seconds. If you do not see this "success" page and/or see a "failure" page, please fill out this form again and resubmit it. If you see a "success" page, you should receive two emails from us within 15 minutes (a copy of the pre-order and an autoresponder message). Any email sent to us is received by an autoresponder, which means that it automatically replies with an email simply stating that we have received your email.

If you do not receive these two emails from us, there are two possible problems. First, there is some type of delay that may clear up within a few hours. The second possibility is that you provided us with an incorrect email. You can use our basic "Contact Us" page to ask if we received your pre-order.

We will look at your pre-order to make sure that we understand what you want and that you are paying the correct amount. Do not send us your snail mail order and money order until you receive a confirmation email from us. The confirmation email will contain all the information you will need to send us your order and the money order payment. You should receive your confirmation email within 48 hours.

The information that you are sending us via this form is a pre-order because we will not make or ship your order until we receive your money order. Orders with a non-internet payment are held 7 days to allow the payment to clear our bank. Therefore, your "order date" will be 7 days after we have received your money order.

We are asking you to provide us with a date that you expect to snail mail us your money order. If we do not receive your pre-order within 7 days of that date, we will contact you to let you know that we have not received your pre-order.

This form does not do some of the automatic processing done by our shopping cart. Therefore, we recommend that you double-check the item name(s) and price(s), and, your math for the grand total. If you wish, you can select your items and fill your shopping cart, then, print the web page of your final shopping cart to help with filling out this form (if printing a web page is beyond your computer skills, don't worry about it). Make sure to fill in at least the item name, unit price, and, quantity for every item you are ordering. Remember that all money is stated in U.S. Dollars.
